Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga focuses on positions that are specifically designed for a pregnant women's body as it prepares the body & mind for labor & delivery. It's a great way to connect with your baby and other pregnant women who are on the same journey and having similiar experiences.  Join prenatal yoga certified instructors, Ana and Tammy as they share the benefits that a yoga practice can bring to your pregnancy. Absolultely No yoga experience is necessary. 

This class is designed for the 2nd and 3rd trimester.
