An All-Levels class is a vinyasa (flow) class. You will move consistently from pose to pose, utilizing the principles of alignment, the practice of personal awareness and the breath. This challenging and flowing form of yoga will transform your body and revive your spirit. All-Levels classes are typically heated to 90° to promote further flexibilty and detoxing. Remember to take breaks if needed and practice wisely. Always honor the current condition of your body.Get ready to sweat and use your inner strength!
