This class introduces the basics of yoga, giving teens an opportunity to focus on themselves and take a break from busy life. In this class you will learn to listen to your body and incorporate mindfulness, breath work, and poses in order to build a solid foundation for your own yoga practice.
Sarah McGinnis -Teen Yoga Instructor
Sarah made the decision to teach yoga to teenagers after experiencing the benefit of a regular practice in her own life, and began teaching the students she works with in 2016. She is furthering her practice through YogaFit and in addition to Levels 1 and 2, she has completed Warrior Kids Training for PTSD and childhood trauma.
She hopes to share the peace and stability she has found in yoga with others.
