What is Pilates?
Pilates is an exercise that improves core strength while improving one’s posture and flexibility. It employs the use of one’s breath with proper alignment of the spine, and mindfulness to improve balance and strength.
Pilates Mat Classes
Pilates is performed lying down, sitting on the floor or standing.
All movements are no-impact and modified to the ability of the participant.
