Diana Miller


Diana discovered her love for yoga in 2002, and knew that the inspiration and deep connection she felt had to be taken further so that she could share her passion with others. She has studied Power Yoga, Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Kundalini. Diana attended many workshops, including those held by Baron Baptiste, Gregor Singleton and Max Strom. She holds her first teachers responsible for her deepest inspirations. Diana is a Certified RYT Yoga Instructor with Yoga Alliance, and followed that training with Angel Bear Yoga Certification so that she can share the benefits of yoga with children.
After spending over 3 years teaching at various studios in Westmoreland County, Diana decided to continue her yoga path by opening her own studio. The intention of Inner Strength is for students to have a safe, fulfilling space to safely learn and grow in their yoga practice. Classes are designed to be challenging, yet not dangerous or taxing on the body. Emphasis is placed on breathing and correct posture to prevent injury or strain.


Diana is thankful for the support of all her teachers and students; she is grateful for the opportunity to assist others on their yoga journey and hopes you will be just as inspired and fulfilled by yoga as she is on a daily basis.


Alice Kemp


 Alice has been practicing yoga since 2006. After just one class she was hooked on that strong, cleansing, healthy feeling! As her years of practice and dedication increased it seemed a natural progression as she became a certified yoga instructor through Yoga Alliance.


Alice is also a Licensed and Nationally Certified Massage Therapist and works part-time at The Agona Center of Wellness. Through her years of Massage Therapy practice in a chiropractic setting it became even more evident that the stretching and strengthening in yoga helps to heal the back and prevent injuries. She believes that by combining the body, mind and spirit it then brings health and healing to an even greater dimension.


As a body and movement enthusiast she makes yoga, biking, swimming, skiing, sailing, or whatever is in season, a happy part of her day. Alice believes in a holistic approach to health and wellness through diet, exercise, and an optimistic outlook toward life.


She is excited for the opportunity to share both her love of yoga and massage therapy at Inner Strength.

Dave Gregory


“I am not a yoga kind of guy”, are the first words out of Dave’s mouth when approached by his daughter inviting him to a hot yoga class.


From that moment, he was enlightened and eager to bring the satisfaction he felt that day with his daughter to others.


Dave has a background of kickboxing and dancing. He was teaching at Improvement through Movement located in the South Hills. He has a Yoga Fit Certification.


When Dave is not doing yoga, kickboxing, or dancing he enjoys spending time outdoors and rock crawling in his off-road jeep.

Lindsay Hirshberg

Lindsay is a RYT (Registered Yoga Teacher) certified with Yoga Alliance.  She asks that you join her classes and share the joy she finds while teaching and practicing yoga.  Lindsay has attended many intensive workshops focusing on inversions, balances, meditation, basic asanas, and chakras.  



She loves creating a strong Vinyasa class and is always studying yoga.  “I walked into the yoga studio, hoping to find a sustainable form of exercise, I walked out with so much more.”  


Please know, Lindsay will support you throughout your practice.  Her curiosity has led her to acquire the education needed to support you.  Her credentials are, E-RYT 200, E-RYT 500, YACEP, RYS, Chakra Activation Yoga Specialist, Reiki Master, and she has a M.Ed. Quite simply, she loves to learn and teach.

Janet Niethamer


Janet is a career elementary school teacher a certified (200 RYT via YogaFit) yoga instructor. She instantly fell in love with yoga after taking her first class about 12 years ago. A little over a year later she began instructing. Her vast experience as a yoga instructor includes beginners, classrooms of children, high school sports teams, and even pro athletes!


Janet blends balancing, strengthening, and flexibility-improving poses in a fun and friendly format. She includes modifications to make the work harder or easier; you choose what's right for you.

Lindsey Barton


I began my yoga practice with the help of yoga videos in my dorm room in college.  I was drawn to the practice because it helped to calm my mind and ease my stress.  In 2011, I began a regular studio hot yoga practice.  I loved the way I felt after class- cleansed and deeply relaxed. In 2015, I completed my 200hr immersion yoga teacher training with Urban Elements/Yogi Cop in Costa Rica.  I have since completed additional Yoga Alliance approved trainings with Yoga Flow and Rainbow Kids Yoga. Aside from yoga, my interests include world travel, hiking, healthy living, and home improvement projects. 

Cameron Chemsak


After many years of running, Pittsburgh native Cameron found herself physically and mentally exhausted. Always being passionate about health and wellness and being a very spiritual person herself, Cam instantly fell in love with yoga. She found the inner stability and self-awareness she had been seeking for most of her adult life.


With high hopes to help the community, Cam felt impelled to shae what yoga has taught her on and off of her mat with the people around her. She took a leap of faith and decided to officially become a yoga teacher, completing her 200 hour training under the instruction of Suzanne Nagel and Amie DiTomasso at  the Om Lounge in East Liberty. Cam strives to bring playfulness, fluidity, healing and balance to the mat, in hopes to allow peace and joy flourish from within. In her free time you can find Cam working out at the gym with her second family Team U vs U, playing with her fur baby Myles, jamming out to some good tunes or exploring all the beauty the world has to offer.

Michelle Horvath


Michelle has been practicing yoga since 2016 and has experimented with different types of yoga including Bikram, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga. She quickly found love in her own practice of yoga and started noticing wonderful changes in her body but also with her own mental health. Along with the physical practice of yoga- Michelle really benefited from meditation. She decided to take the jump for Yoga Teacher Training in 2019 and got certified by Lindsey Hirshberg through Moonglow Yoga in Greensburg, Pa. Having a backround in teaching helps her flow through the classes and meet the needs of each student in the room. Offering the chance to play, practice, or just enjoy the time we have together and meditate! She wants to offer you a safe place to practice and opportunities for growth. Yoga is meant for everybody and every body. Namaste, friends.




Tammy "Tea" 

I’m an unlikely yogi. Frankly, I don’t like to exercise and I’m keenly aware of my athletic limitations. We wouldn't want me on your team if you are the least bit competitive.


Yoga was a serendipitous journey I began while attending a support group for women who were in some state of emotional, mental or physical dismantling (check, check & check). Three 1-hr yoga classes later I thought it was a good idea to go ahead and began my yoga teacher training at a heated vinyasa studio. I had to plug a fan in next to my mat so I didn’t die from heat exhaustion. (True story.) 


After completing my 200hr certification I still had my own healing to do so I studied yoga therapy for chronic pain, disease, anxiety & depression. I believe we should travel though life with awareness and compassion. Yoga taught me to be compassionate with myself. I simply wasn’t ready to teach yoga. I did get 2 amazing boys off to college, I moved & then went for my prenatal certification - my own sort of re-birth 7 years later. 


As a teacher & cognitive scientist, I was taught how movement & stimulation aids learning while as yogini I’ve been taught how much is learned in stillness. I hope to help others grow both ways.  My classes do not require that you are a perfectly shaped athlete - part Buddah, part Cirque du Soleil acrobat. They're for regular people who want to feel better, achieve greater emotional balance, or become empowered to overcome physical or emotional challenges. 


I really look forward to meeting you in person and seeing you on the mat.


Ana Hidalgo Collins

Originally from Maryland, I discovered Hatha yoga 20 years ago while facing some life challenges. During this time, yoga empowered me, gave me peace, joy and connected me to my spirit. I have practiced ever since. My mat is my refuge, my happy place where I am free to just be. When I moved to PA 10 years ago, there was one yoga studio in my town and from there I took my practice to the next level of sharing it with others. I received my yoga certification in 2012 and taught my first class at Inner Strength. 

I enjoy teaching the traditional Hatha yoga better known as gentle yoga to beginners, seniors and yogis who prefer a more mindful and slower paced class. Keeping true to the classic style of yoga practiced centuries ago and brought to the west. Last year, I received my Prenatal Yoga Certification to help expecting mothers to connect with themselves and baby during the most precious time of their lives, birthing. I look forward to guiding your yoga practice to join body, mind and spirit as one.
