Meet Our Instructors

Inner Strength Yoga initiates each practice from breath awareness, and strives to create a sense of integration between the flow of the breath and the asanas (poses). It is with this link that your whole self is present in your practice. If you are new to yoga, it is our intention that our classes assist you as you begin your yoga journey. And if you are more experienced, we hope that our classes challenge you and propel you to dig deep and find your own inner strength. We acknowledge that everyone is unique, and therefore, everyone's yoga practice is unique. It is our hope that your experience at Inner Strength, as well as with yoga in general, is inspiring and one you can call your own as you begin to live your yoga on and off the mat.
